"If I could give a score less than one I would. She was the closest agent to us when we moved to the Tenmile area. During our time with her he spoke to her maybe once or twice for a second or two someone else always took care of us. Went in at one point to ask for a review of our policy told us everything was wonderful. Didn't even suggest any coverage didn't ask us anything about the property that we had but when we had the really bad snowmageddon we found out we weren't covered for things we should have been. I asked if there was insurance for those items and they said yes and I asked why we were not informed and they said you needed to ask which I did when we asked for the review also ask them to come out and do an on-site update on our insurance for the property and they wouldn't do that. I would not recommend her to anybody the only time I ever heard from her personally was when we requested from State farm to move from one agent to another she asked us to stay and I said we weren't going to and she just hung up on me what kind of agent is that. I have dealt with many insurance agents during my lifetime and she is the worst don't know how she gets the rating what she does because she certainly didn't take care of us"

"My new agent Maria Boswell has been a god sent. She beat any quote I have had in many years by miles. She is sweet as an angel and available anytime I call. She is the hardest working agent out there. I couldn’t be happier. She has saved me a ton of money as well as works with me after hours nights and weekends. She goes out of her way to provide the highest of quality customer service. Idk what she gets paid but can’t imagine it being enough. If I could find an employee like her I would do everything in power to keep her happy. I couldn’t not imagine Statefarm will ever find anyone that works as hard as she does anytime soon. I would have never considered using Statefarm again after my terrible experiences in the past with the poor, rude service and $0 claim cancelation on my home. Very few agents will give you the time of day after selling a policy and I do not like any of them I believe them to be a legal criminal enterprise but Maria is a true gem. She needs a raise."
