"I would like to express my frustration regarding the cancellation process. To be clear, I have no complaints about the quality of the insurance coverage, the claims process, or the customer service I received while my policy was active.

My concern is specifically with the handling of my policy cancellation. There was a lack of clear communication regarding any potential charges associated with canceling the policy. Additionally, despite canceling before my scheduled monthly payment was due, the payment was still processed. This gave the impression that insufficient consideration was given to the timing of the cancellation and its impact on the customer.

After waiting several weeks for a refund, I received only a partial reimbursement of the payment that had been processed. I was informed that the remaining amount was withheld due to charges that had not been clearly explained to me beforehand and that no further action could be taken. As a result, I incurred a financial loss due to what I believe was an error in the cancellation process.

This lack of transparency and accountability is the source of my frustration. While I appreciate the service provided during my time as a policyholder, I believe the cancellation process and communication surrounding it could be significantly improved to prevent similar issues for other customers."
